About Me

Hi there! I’m Alice Rizzi, the founder of Together Mindful.

I’m a psychologist and mindfulness coach and I’m on a mission to make mindfulness mainstream.

Mindfulness has been transforming my life for over 15 years now and is so much more than just meditation.

I truly believe and have personally witnessed thousands of times people who practice being more mindful, experience more peace, joy, and freedom.

Who Is This NOT For?

There are thousands of ways someone can learn to be mindful from from different teachers, websites, phone apps, courses, artificial intelligence, etc.

This website is not for you if you don’t resonate with the information on this page or my personal teaching style - and that’s okay!

It doesn’t mean that mindfulness isn’t for you. I believe it’s just a matter of finding the exercises, programs, and teachers that do resonate with you.
