    I’ve built two businesses in the past 5 years. I’ve had to learn how to be a website designer, copy writer, marketer, social media manager, tech support, and everything in between.

    I’m happy to support you as a coach, consultant, and mentor (and yes, there is a difference!) based on everything I know and all the resources I’ve accumulated to help you help your clients, and make a living in the process.

    You feel like life is passing you by. You blink and the months go from January to June to December. What did you even do this year?!

    It’s easy to get caught up on life’s autopilot. You’re there for the big occasions - the birthdays, the weddings, the graduations, the really hard moments that make you wish you weren’t there - but what about all that time in between?

    You wake up, go to work, take care of yourself, your dog/cat/plant, maybe you spend some time eating out with friends or loved ones… But you don’t really feel there. And when you do, it feels heavy. Fleeting.

    Mindful living is what helps me feel all the teeny tiny moments in between the big ones. It’s what makes me get up from my chair and look out my window and smile, because of the tree that’s been in the backyard longer than I’ve been alive on this planet. It’s what makes me take a deep breath and close my laptop so that I can eat some nourishing food. Ultimately, it’s what makes me feel like I live every day with purpose and know that if I died tomorrow, I will have lived a meaningful life.
