Psychologist & Mindful Embodiment Coach
You already know what you want.
You just keep talking yourself out of it.
Mindful Mavens is an intimate coaching container for women who are done waiting for permission — and ready to trust themselves enough to go after it.
You're capable. You’re smart. You’re driven.
And yet.
The idea sits in your notes app for another week.
The decision gets relitigated in your mind for the tenth time.
The opportunity passes while you were deciding if it was the right time.
This isn't a strategy problem. It's not a knowledge problem. It's not even a motivation problem.
It's a self-trust problem.
And it shows up in the smallest moments — the ones that quietly cost you the most.
“She changes everything she touches. And everything she touches changes.”
- Starhawk, The Spiral Dance, 1979
What Mindful Embodiment Looks Like
You stop asking yourself "can I do that?"
Because you already know the answer is yes.The work becomes action, not permission.
Your choices stop feeling like an indictment on your character and become an expression of what’s flowing through you now.
You stop going after what you think you should want and go after what you actually want.
These shifts don’t come from more information.
They come from having someone who sees where you're trying to go — often before you can articulate it yourself — and holds that knowing steady for you until you fully embody it.
"Your answers have been so clear, informative and extremely helpful!!
It’s helped me deepen the work I’m already doing with clients, AND… trust myself more.”
AM, Coaching Client
In this video, I share why I created Mindful Mavens and the kind of support and space I always wished existed.
You’re welcome to watch it now, later, or not at all — everything here is designed to meet you where you are.
You don’t need more information.
You need support that meets you in real life.
There are moments when you know what matters to you — but you talk yourself out of it.
When your mind is full of ideas, plans, and possibilities, but everything feels heavy or unclear.
When you want a thinking partner — not to tell you what to do, but to help you slow down enough to hear yourself.
When you enter Mindful Mavens, decisions land differently.
You learn to take time and space to feel into what’s true for you.
You talk things through — out loud, in real time — instead of spiraling alone.
As you discern what you actually want and start building on it, self-trust replaces doubt.
And you stop feeling like you have to hold everything together so it doesn’t fall apart.
Because when you let yourself be present, when you feel safe among peers, and when you trust yourself to take soul-aligned action — especially through uncertainty — you become unstoppable.
I wanted a space where it was okay not to know everything.
To have new ideas all the time. To ask questions and be curious about what everyone else was creating.
A space where I wouldn’t feel judged, behind, or like I had to do things a certain way.
Because we’re not here to just hit $100k months, build million-dollar businesses, or become the next big influencer…
We’re here to become self-led, sovereign women who confidently navigate our inner world as we shape our external reality.
I couldn’t find one. So I created it.

How This Works
Mindful Mavens is a space for thoughtful, real-time reflection, conversation, and support.
Inside, you’ll find:
A private Telegram space for sharing thoughts, questions, and in-the-moment experiences
Coaching and guidance woven into the space — not constant, but present and intentional
A place to bring decisions, patterns, and reflections as they’re happening in your life or business
Access to all programs and resources to support your growth and evolution as a sovereign, intuitive, emotionally attuned woman
This isn’t about constant output or always having something to say.
Some days you share.
Some days you reflect and integrate.
Both are part of the process.
Support unfolds over time — creating room for thoughtful, grounded conversations.
I share recordings, insights, and practices as they arise. When you show up, I coach, mirror, consult, and point you towards additional resources. We co-create this space based on what’s unfolding for you.

The respect, the competence, the nonjudgment but also just a subtle feeling that you're gonna get a better perspective than you can come up with on your own.”

This is an intimate, high-touch, all-inclusive coaching membership and container for identity transformation.
It’s where members reflect on patterns of their minds, emotions, body, behavior, business, and energy and get honest about what is and is not serving them. And it’s where they get to remember, create, and embody the woman they actually want to be.
It’s a place to ask questions, bring ideas, ask for feedback, and connect with peers for cheerleading, resources, and accountability throughout the month.
-
The group is intentionally small. It is kept under 10 women so that we can all get to know each other really well and provide the most tailored support. I will know your name, your business, what you’re working on, what you struggle with, and what you’re amazing at that maybe you sometimes forget ❤️

Absolutely not. Although I am a therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of psychology, the group is not for diagnosing, assessing, or treating any mental health or medical concerns.
You will however learn many of the skills I’ve taught my therapy clients, which I’ve come to regard as foundational “life skills,” that I wish everyone was taught in school.

Reflections, meditations, coaching, new skills, feedback, and generally thoughtful conversations around whatever is coming up for you. Some days may be more quiet, other days may be more chatty.
You can ask questions and be guided to the appropriate resources.
There is no obligation to be “on” for any specified amount of time. It’s okay to hyper-focus on different courses and ask questions as you’re learning and applying the material to your own life.
It’s also okay to disappear during busy life seasons and dip back in when you want the support.
Some days you may be the participant, other days you may be the observer or the witness. Some days you may need cheerleading and hand-holding as you navigate something hard, other days you may want accountability and a 5-part plan.
The point is to make genuine connections with other members, learn new things about yourself, others, and the world, and create the identity, business, and impact that is meaningful to you. On your time, while being supported.

I like to think I’m warm, collaborative, and direct.
I try to practice the qualities of mindfulness that I teach: awareness, acceptance, kindness, compassion, curiosity, and nonjudgment.
I’m also human and make mistakes. If you tell me what you like and don’t like, what works and doesn’t work, I will do my best to accommodate you. At the end of the day, not everyone is for everyone, and that’s okay.
I recommend that anyone who’s thinking about becoming a Mindful Maven, to watch at least some of my online content. My YouTube channel, my free resources, the podcasts I’ve been a guest on, posts I’ve made on social media, etc.
And I’m always happy to have a brief chat to answer any questions and see if it’s a good fit.
“It is a very comforting thing to know that there is someone available to listen and talk with and be ready to respond to you…
I also love the way that Alice asked good clarifying questions. She didn't make any assumptions about what I was feeling or the situations that I was talking about but she made sure that she helped understand both my thoughts and my feelings around everything before moving forward…
I appreciated that she didn't just let me sit there in the things that I was feeling and frustrated with but pushed me to to move forward with that and then gave very clear ideas and suggestions on what we could do instead of just letting it drag on. Getting proactively to the point. I really appreciated that.
It was so easy to have both a mix of being able to leave voice notes or type things in and respond when I could and then she would respond back. And I am grateful the time that we had together, the things that she reminded me of, she prompted me to do a voice recording of some things that I probably would not have done on my own. So thank you.”
