Mindful Mavens

For All The Doers, The Dreamers, And In-Betweeners ✨

The multipassionate women building businesses, with big ideas and full hearts — navigating the space between knowing and doing.

Mindful Mavens is a high-touch coaching space for women who don’t need more strategy — they need support implementing what they already know.

It’s designed for women building something of their own — who think deeply, feel deeply, and have a lot they could be creating… but find themselves stuck in the in-between.

Because somewhere along the way, you were taught that success has to look a certain way — more structured, more consistent, more disciplined… less emotional, less intuitive, less you.

So you try to make it work that way.
You push, override, second-guess — or stop moving altogether.

Inside Mindful Mavens, you’re supported in the exact moments where things usually stall — decisions, emotions, ideas, and transitions — so you can move forward without abandoning yourself.

This isn’t a course you complete. It’s a space you come back to.

In this video, I share why I created Mindful Mavens and the kind of support and space I always wished existed.

You’re welcome to watch it now, later, or not at all — everything here is designed to meet you where you are.

You don’t need more information.
You need support that meets you in real life.

There are moments when you know what matters to you — and still feel stuck deciding what to do next.

When your mind is full of ideas, plans, and possibilities, but everything feels heavy or unclear.

When you want feedback — not to be told what to do, but to have someone sit beside you and help you hear yourself think.

You’re not looking for another strategy, program, or system.

You’re looking for steadiness.
For clarity that doesn’t come from pressure to do, but permission to be.

Inside Mindful Mavens, decisions land differently.

You slow down enough to feel into what’s true for you.

You talk things through — out loud, in real time — instead of spiraling alone.

You move forward in ways that feel grounded, intentional, and yours.

Over time, self-trust replaces second-guessing.

Momentum builds from alignment, not force.

And you stop feeling like you have to hold everything together by yourself.

I wanted a space where it was okay not to know what I want. To have new ideas all the time. To ask questions and be curious about what everyone else was building.

A space where I wouldn’t feel judged, behind, or like I had to do things a certain way.

Because we’re not here to just hit $10k months, build million-dollar businesses, or become the next big influencer…

We’re here to become self-led, sovereign women who confidently navigate our inner world as we shape our external reality.

I couldn’t find one. So I created it.

How This Works

Mindful Mavens is a space for thoughtful, real-time reflection, conversation, and support.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • A private Telegram space for sharing thoughts, questions, and in-the-moment experiences

  • Coaching and guidance woven into the space — not constant, but present and intentional

  • A place to bring decisions, patterns, and reflections as they’re happening in your life or business

  • Access to all programs and resources to support your growth and evolution as a sovereign, intuitive, emotionally attuned woman

This isn’t about constant output or always having something to say.

Some days you share. Some days you reflect and integrate.
Both are part of the space.

Support unfolds over time — creating room for thoughtful, grounded conversations.

I share recordings, insights, and practices as they arise. When you show up, I coach, mirror, consult, and point you towards additional resources. We co-create this space based on what’s present.

What People Have Said About Me

“It's not easy for me to open up so when I'm with someone like you, I love it.

It's an energy thing you know?

The respect, the competence, the nonjudgment but also just a subtle feeling that you're gonna get a better perspective than you can come up with on your own.”

— Gaby Abrams, Subconscious Strategist

“I've already been implementing the things you shared with me and they are a game changer with clients 🙂

Your answers have been so clear, informative and extremely helpful!! It’s helped me deepen the work I’m already doing with clients, AND in a way trust myself more.

Your perspective helped me zoom out and think more sustainably about the arc of care and what my role actually is within it.

THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL WEEK 2 of deepening this work.”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is a high-touch, all-inclusive coaching support group. It’s where members can ask questions, bring ideas, ask for feedback, and connect with peers for cheerleading, resources, and accountability throughout the month.

  • The group is intentionally small. It is kept under 10 women so that we can all get to know each other really well and provide the most tailored support. I will know your name, your business, what you’re working on, what you struggle with, and what you’re amazing at that maybe you sometimes forget ❤️

    • All my courses and programs

    • Community support

    • Reflections, prompts, and guidance as they arise

    • Personalized group coaching, consulting, and mentorship

    • Bonus trainings, workshops, calls, etc. as needed, based on what’s present for members

  • Absolutely not. Although I am a therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of psychology, the group is not for diagnosing, assessing, or treating any mental health or medical concerns. You will however learn many of the skills I’ve taught my therapy clients, which I’ve come to regard as foundational “life skills,” that I wish we were all taught in school.

  • Reflections, meditations, coaching, new skills, feedback, and generally thoughtful conversations around whatever is coming up for members. Some days may be more quiet, other days may be more chatty.

There is no obligation to be “on” for any specified amount of time. It’s okay to hyper-focus on different courses and ask questions as you’re learning and applying the material to your own life.

It’s also okay to disappear during busy life seasons and dip back in when you want the support.

Some days you may be the participant, other days you may be the observer or the witness. Some days you may need cheerleading and hand-holding as you navigate something hard, other days you may want accountability and a 5-point plan.

  • I like to think I’m warm, collaborative, and direct.

I try to practice the qualities of mindfulness that I teach: awareness, acceptance, kindness, compassion, curiosity, and nonjudgment.

I’m also human and make mistakes. If you tell me what you like and don’t like, what works and doesn’t work, I will do my best to accommodate you. At the end of the day, not everyone is for everyone, and that’s okay.

I recommend that anyone who’s thinking about becoming a Mindful Maven, to watch at least some of my online content. My YouTube channel, my free resources, the podcasts I’ve been a guest on, posts I’ve made on social media, etc.

And I’m always happy to have a brief chat to answer any questions and see if it’s a good fit.

How many places are there where you are welcome as you are?

Where you’re never judged, always witnessed, and supported?

That’s what Mavens is — and there’s no other place like it ✨

Not sure if it’s for you or have more questions? Contact me for a brief chat to see if it’s a good fit.

My goal is not to fill this space with a bunch of random people. My goal is to have a small group of genuinely aligned women.
