What Is Telegram?

Telegram is a chat app similar to text messaging, Voxer, and WhatsApp where we can type and send each other voice notes. 

During a VIP Day you and I will chat back and forth addressing all your questions! 

We can talk about anything and everything to help you live a life you love, practice mindfulness, meet your goals, address challenges, and explore your inner world! 🤓

I know a lot of things about A LOT of things so you're only limited by your own boundaries and imagination 😁

Is there anything we can't talk about?

Yes. Because I am a therapist in addition to a coach, I have to make it clear that we will Not be assessing mental health symptoms, diagnosing any conditions, or treating specific mental or medical conditions. If you have concerns about your mental health, please address them with your own mental health and/or medical provider. If you're not sure if something is appropriate for us to discuss in this context, just ask and either I'll answer your question or point you in the right direction 😊 I've accumulated tons of resources over the years that I'm happy to share ❤️
